Main Technical Characeristic:
The whole production line of XH08-15 Block Making Machine consists of four parts: batching& mixing system, forming system,Stacker, PLC control board .
The production capacity depends on this machine function and it is also the essential part of the whole production line. You can change moulds on this part to make different shapes of concrete blocks, bricks, colored-paving stones and curbs.

Mould Description:
1. Mould made by heat treatment, carburization process to enable long life span, above 100,000 times usuage.
2. By replacing different moulds, thus enable one block forming machine can make different bricks of various application, such as hollow block, solid block, paver, interlocking brick, curbstone, grass brick, slope protection bricks, cellular bricks, each the dimension also can varies.
3. Press head adopts mechanism,electric and hydraulic drive synchronously. Guarantee each formed bricks the same height with very slight errors.
4. Cutomized made mould. Customer send requirement or drawing, forwarding to our engineer drawing -feedback to customer rechecking and confirmation-fix mould designation before manufacturing.
