1) It adopts PLC intellectual control system and stepping operation. The whole process is automatically finished including automatic pallet feeding and coarse material distributing, brick forming,and the process of block stacking, finally using forklift to carry finished product for drying. PLC board have interlocking or mutual locking function in related procedures for automatic protection and high reliability.

2) It achieves powerful vertical directional table model vibration by lower power. The skillful feeding distribution device can provide precise shape concrete blocks with dense uniform complete surface and high strength because of the stable and parallel movement of mould. A secondary material distribution is allowed for customer want to add pigment, only need to add a mixer and conveyor for colour material feeding.

3) The whole production line of concrete hydraulic brick making machine (QT04-20) consists of batching& mixing system, forming system, stacker, with PLC control board separately.

4)Bricks capacity depends on this host machine which is also an essential part of the whole production line. You can change moulds/dies on this process to make different types and shapes of concrete blocks, bricks, coloured-paving stones, curb stones,hollow blocks,celleluar blocks etc. Our engineer will suggest you the best scheme as per your requirements,land usage and budget.

Mould Description:

1. Mould made by heat treatment, carburization process to enable long life span, above 100,000 times usuage.

2. By replacing different moulds, thus enable one block forming machine can make different bricks of various application, such as hollow block, solid block, paver, interlocking brick, curbstone, grass brick, slope protection bricks, cellular bricks, each the dimension also can varies.

3. Press head adopts mechanism,electric and hydraulic drive synchronously. Guarantee each formed bricks the same height with very slight differences.

4. Customized mould design process. Firstly customer send requirement or drawing, forwarding to our engineer  drawing - eedback to customer rechecking and confirmation-fix mould designation before manufacturing.

This block Machine can make various designs of concrete blocks, bricks, colored paving-stones and curbs only by changing the mould. And all moulds can be made according to customer's drawings.
