XH03-20 Automatic Block Forming Machine
1) Multi-functional: The machine can make different products by changing mould, like hollow block,solid brick, paver and so on .
2)Quick Speed: The above and below mould inserts can pulls out quickly with high-powered hydraulic pump. Meanwhile, all the processed like feeding concrete into mould and preparing concrete are finished at the same time.
3)The machine adopts intelligent PLC control system with program control and automatic diagnostic program to realize the manless operation.
4)High Quality: The switches and electronic is using top brand. Mould is processed by heat treatment, carburization.
5)The block/b ricks can be stacked automatically after moulding to save labours for taking finished blocks to place.
